About Us

How sound therapy and education have helped hundreds of kids to read confidently

Reading uses more senses than just the eyes. The combination of a specific and carefully planned reading curriculum with Sound Therapy filtering and music, resulted in a highly effective multi-sensory program.

Catherine McLennan (Co-founder)

Catherine is the program designer of the Listen to Read curriculum. Drawing on her primary and high school teaching experience, she saw a need for a more integrated approach to remedial reading instruction.

Listen to Read has developed over 14 years and has helped over 500 students improve their reading skills.

Her mission is to give all children the opportunities that come from fluent reading.

“Students who experience problems with the reading process need to boost their memory, so that reading becomes a fluent, non-frustrating, enjoyable experience.”
